Shall We Dance?

Just a spectacular picture. Really helped me calm down.

So charming!

Great release of a great film. Watch this one, not the (inferior) Hollywood remake.

This is the email I sent to Mr Cayer, the reviewer:Dear Mr Cayer,

I just read your review on Shall we dance? and really enjoyed your insights and writing style. Thank you. I first saw the film in the cinema in 1997 in england with 3 friends, 2 of them japanese, and loved it. I have watched it more than 20 times since then. When I lived in Japan in 2008 I sadly had to leave before I was able to take a dance class, so great was my desire to have a little shako dansu experience.

Last year when visiting family in Bangkok I had a near fatal accident which has left me disabled and practically housebound.

Reading reviews like yours are a little escape for me. I watched your youtube interview with Ryan as soon as I finished your review to find out about u. It was very interesting. I love various films from japan, hong kong and korea. I own a lot of Third Window DVDs, 70s and 80s HK films; Takenaka Naoto films to name a few.

I wish you success in your business and writing.

*** bless you.

I hope this will encourage others to buy your products. I bought it for the review alone and was not disappointed.

Great to see more Masayuki Suo released. More to come, hopefully!
