Elevated A24-itis hits again where we're once again saddled with the requisite GENERATIONAL TRAUMA in lieu of compelling storytelling and non-linear ******* about in the editing in a vain hope of artificially instilling some kind of narrative interest. By the time it gets to the point of telling us we should be intimidated by what looks like Jungle Jack Perry in a mud mask, I couldn't care less. Main points I'll give it is for the great shots of the wilderness.

Meg Eloise-Clarke as grieving Grace looking for her brother and getting no help from the locals drew me into the film.
A folk horror film.
It´s flawed but the performances are good and Meg Eloise-Clarke is great as Grace.
Lovely slip.

Awesome packaging, great folk horror at it's core but this movie is a lot more than just another creepy movie set in the country.
