Twelve years after a doomed scientific expedition uncovers something prehistoric beneath the frozen earth, a quiet snowbound town finds itself under siege by a creature long thought to be nothing more than a myth. "Absolutely ridiculous! Dreadful AI, comically cheap sets and the entire thing is utterly laughable. And that's what makes it so fun to watch :) Clearly they know they're not making Citizen Kane, but that's okay because we'd all rather be watching Snow Shark anyway (right?). The slipcover is abysmal, whereas the inner artwork is actually quite brilliant. If you like bad movies and don't mind rubbish AI then you could do a lot worse than buying Snow Shark: Ancient Snow Beast. Recommended!"

"The slipcover sold me on this to order it. I was expecting a fun shark movie. Well, what I got was not that. I actually fell asleep 4x during it. It was very bland material. I'm not a fan of the cheap CGI dots used for gunfire. At least it looks good next to my slip of Hot Spring Shark Attack."

"C'mon, no one reading this review is confused as to what to expect from a movie like this. As a apologetic CGI shark junkie, I thought Wild Eye's blu-ray really elevated this one above most of the typical sharksploitation dreck. Very much liked the bonus short films."
