Everything you could possibly want from a documentary about the great man covering his entire life story, it is highly informative and ultimately rather moving, and comes with a slew of bonus footage from Savinis own archive, a treasure trove for fans of a this true horror legend!

Recommended to anyone who's followed Savings career. This one goes pretty in depth into his personal experiences and I found it very interesting to see the impact he's had on horror

Pretty much what you'd expect. It does a good job of humanizing a man who's gotten a negative rumored perception based on con experiences and such, but I think this kind of shows the hows and whys of that and makes sense to me. The filmmaking of the doc itself however is entry level Youtube quality of the kind of Point A to Point B to Point C assembly line filmmaking that makes it so easy for fluff, pandering documentaries to be churned out now. Most glaring is moments such as one of ol' Slippy Felsher's interviews being out of sync in the audio.
