Description

When perpetually upbeat factory worker Mike Alvarado drops his family’s savings into the digital void of cryptocurrency, he strikes gold — or so he thinks.     Mumblecore Uncut Gems!

    Even though you can make a case that the Safdies started out as mumblecore filmmakers (but not really), this film will answer the question “what if the Safdies made a mumblecore version of Uncut Gems”? Uncomfortably hilarious at times, this tale of bitcoin bros is a hoot from start to finish.
