Description

After a series of mysterious murders, a Miami detective goes undercover to try and solve the crimes, but there's one small catch: in order to find the killer the detective must infiltrate a drag ball on a cruise ship dressed in full female garb.

Directed by Alan Ormsby (Deranged) and produced by Jack McGowan (Mr No Legs), The AC/DC Caper is a low rent blend of campy comedy, murder mystery, and uniquely Florida sleaze that's been believed lost until now!

Borscht Belt Drag Queen Zaniness
Really strange poorly edited silly crime comedy directed by Alan Ormsby about cops investigating the killings of women who win Robert Barrow’s annual beauty pageant. The comedy takes me back to those boyhood trips to the Catskills, listening to chain smoking comics at Kellerman's Mountain Lodge and trying to get up the nerve to ask Baby for a dance. But anyway, the cops dress up a detective in drag to infiltrate the pageant and catch the murderer. Because I guess no one will notice his 20 in. neck and and 5 o’clock shadow. Put on some make up, Dave. Also there are some gay cops dressed as keystone cops and some criminals dressed as keystone cops. Frequently unfunny. But pretty insane.
