". . . anyway, in those days Women had nothing to do with politics"
Leila and the Wolves is a culturally and historically significant film, a blend of archive footage, re-enactments, and surrealism, which tells and shows us how strong the role of Women have been while navigating the stark realities of life during these ongoing oppressive times. This is important cinema and viewing this sure hit deep, and is highly recommended.
