Kratt

Entertaining. Worth the purchase if on sale.

This was good. It seemed like they were trying to walk the line between comedy, a kid's film, and horror, and didn't really nail any of them. That said, it was entertaining and I wouldn't be against watching it again.

Kratt is a sort of mix between Estonian folk-horror, The Monster Squad, and Krampus (minus the ornery family dynamics). I think as long as that sounds enticing to you you'll have a good time with the film. It gets more absurd the longer it goes on and I mean that in a good way as with absurdity there is fun.

Good encoding, the film is digitally shot (like most films nowadays) and so has some times where there's that smooth digital movement that can throw you off a little, but it's not enough to effect one more than momentarily.

I really love seeing how people from different countries convey horror. Everywhere has different styles, different monsters and different atmospheres. I'd say this is deffinetly worth a watch.

This is a fun kid's adventure that happens to involve deals with the devil, a possessed grandma that finds a unique use case for sauerkraut and makes a mean pizza, and some strategically obscured helicopter ****. If any of that sounds interesting and you want to know what it really means, check this out.
