Follows the story of the reconciliation of a father and son who had been estranged for a long time among lost memories and dispersed pieces of lives.

This was an interesting one. The non-linear plotting sometimes made me feel like I was the one suffering from dementia. And yet, I found this film about a man coming to terms with his estranged father - who is now suffering from dementia - to be quite moving. I love a good Japanese drama and this one scratched right where I itch.

This film was the story of an aging father and his son, and how they are trying to reconcile their dysfunctional relationship. Even though we really don't understand everything that has happened along the way, most of it is eventually cleared up by the end of the movie. The film does a pretty good job of realistically portraying a dysfunctional father and son relationship. I enjoyed this movie, and I would recommend it if you are looking for a good family drama.
