Everything ships in sturdy boxes that are well-packed with bubble bags and/or packaging paper. Most shipments are shipped via USPS or FedEx.

Most in-stock orders will ship within 2-5 business days, but please allow extra processing time for orders placed during holidays and during/after website sale events.

Note: Pre-Orders will not ship until all new products are in stock (see more below).

Orders containing pre-order items typically begin shipping mid-month. Exact timing depends on when all items arrive at our warehouse.

All sales are final and we do not offer returns or exchanges unless items were damaged during shipping.
