Description

Fat Wreck Chords... The influential music label proud to say they’ve spent the past 25 years “ruining punk rock”. A Fat Wreck tells the story of founders Fat Mike (of the legendary punk band NOFX) and his ex-wife Erin Kelly-Burkett, spanning the birth, growth, struggles, and survival of the Fat Wreck Chords label. Half inspirational story of chosen family and community, half debauchery and occasionally involuntary drug use... A Fat Wreck blazes exciting new ground in the cinematic genre of puppet-driven punk rock music documentary filmmaking. If you only see one film featuring a dominatrix spanking a puppet in your lifetime... Make it A Fat Wreck!

    The doc was superb. It

The doc was superb. It kind of went through everything I hoped it would, in terms of history, roster and where it is now. It did what good docs usually do, which is make me even more interested in the topic they’re tackling. I was never a huge Lagwagon or Strung Out fan pre this doc, but now, I can’t imagine not listening to them in my regular rotation.

If you like a lot of Fat Mike, this doc is for you.

    NOFX & Punk Rock

I always love a good punk rock documentary, and Fat Mike's fits right in with the best of them. I dig the slipcover and the overall package that the movie comes in. There's also a fair amount of bonus features. The whole thing is worth a pickup.
