David Sikora - Restoration Artist

"I've always had an affinity for Polish cinema and in particular the allegorical sci-fi (my family fled Poland's martial law in 1982). While this set may not feature the supernatural, there are monsters everywhere: Doppelgangers that leave you on the hook for murder, crooked bureaucrats plotting heinous violence, brainwashed masses and alien invaders. This four film set offers up plenty to think about and more than its fair share of horrors to get under your skin. There's even a touch of cannibalism...if that's your thing."
