Betsy's final summer as a camp counselor at North Sea Cottages was supposed to be one long farewell to the only life she'd ever known. "Usually don’t do books but it was on sale. I love the artwork and it looks like a slipcase for a movie. Funny reading what the characters say burned in my brain. Def worth checking out and will be getting more VS Press!"
"I have to say Madman is not one of my favorite slashers, but it's definitely a fave of someone at VinSyn. A blu-ray when they were mostly releasing DVDs, a 4k upgrade, and now a deluxe novelization. Someone is definitely a fan. The book does a good job of expanding the story beyond the movie so I definitely liked it. There was a surprising repeat of text around the 100 page mark. Multiple pages repeated so it's hard to imagine how that slipped through. The book itself and box are beautiful though the fanciness does result in the higher price. I got it on a big sale and it was well worth what I paid. Even if not a big fan of the movie or novelizations in general, it's entertaining and worth picking up."
