It was kinda what I thought it would be but it still shocked me. Fun watch if you like this era thriller. It's not a good movie. . In fact, it's kinda bad. 3 stars

A fun knockoff of Seven. Not quite as good as Seven but still worth a watch.

The 90's film Resurrection is often compared to Se7en and not in a positive light. Many folks says it try to resemble Seven which I honestly dont mind the comparison. Its a suspenseful thriller combined with gore. Vinegar Syndrome did a fantastic job with the 2k restoration. I was also able to get a slipcover which is not always the case. My only disappointment was when I discovered this film had an NC-17 rating for its ultra-violence and gore but settled on an R-rated cut. Shame on Cara, MPA and hollywood executives.
