Citizen Sleuth

Good horror movie..check it out

This fair and unflinching documentary follows a young woman who, like so many people, is uniquely passionate about true crime or perceived true crime. In a world where conspiracy and murder **** peddlers like Nancy Grace, Bailey Sarian, Candace Owens, and others rule TikTok, Podcasts, and social media. . this is a drop of cold sanity in a neat and tidy package.

It follows a journey of "I'm just asking questions," "It's about the victims," and "It's about finding the truth" until it isn't.

If you know someone who loves Netflix documentaries or was hanging out the window over a court case, they need to see this. It's an ugly mirror that might cause a few heated conversations; but it is worth seeing and worth owning.

Are true crime investigators/creators really after the truth, or something else? This doc follows one podcaster on a case but leads to this bigger question. Don’t skip the commentary track, it’s as entertaining as the film itself. Excellent package as usual.

Thought provoking true crime documentary

Good documentary about a girl that got way too obsessed haha
