Nestled in the mountains of Tibet, an oracle known as “The Golden Child” has been born. "Several years back, Paramount released a restoration of "The Golden Child" on Blu-Ray, but didn't release the title on 4K UHD at the same time, which I thought was an odd decision as I've always enjoyed the charm of this great Eddie Murphy film. Thankfully, Vinegar Syndrome comes through again with a deal made with Paramount to release some of their films on Blu & 4K UHD, and this film looks great, and so do all of the supplements (both old & new)."
