Zombie 5: Killing Birds

VS uncovers a lesser-known Italian film from the late era: a zombie movie featuring birds, an intriguing atmosphere, and minimal plot development. The Blu-ray enhances the film's murky visuals, amplifies the ambiance, and presents this unique curiosity with a sense of boutique appreciation. While it may not be a remarkable film, it serves as an excellent collectible item.

Zombie 5: Killing Birds is wonderfully messy Italian horror, complete with questionable logic, moody locations, birds, zombies and Robert Vaughn somehow holding the whole thing together. Calling it Zombie 5 is half the fun, because the movie plays like its own strange detour. The transfer is a huge upgrade over old editions, with much better detail and color while still feeling like the same oddball Euro-horror relic. Very enjoyable if you know exactly what kind of cheese you are buying.

Better than I thought it be, picked up on a serious discount as a blind buy

A bunch of nonsense for a plot but really cool Louisiana locations plus tons of spiderwebs, fog and a rad soundtrack make this a fun watch. Every actor speaks with a bizarre accent that I think they intended to sound southern?

Hope you don’t expect to see killer birds in your killer bird movie.
