None of the films here are exactly masterpieces, but these video party releases are always at least fun in their concept

The movies here are definitely a mixed bag. Violated was the best of bunch. It was fun seeing a NYC based film noir that was so sleazy. It was like a grindhouse Naked City. Ghosts of Hanley House was a mildly fun Dark House movie. The other two were a little dull. Video transfer is old video masters so it is what it is - they were fine. Watching in AGFA party mode with the added drive-in bumpers is always an added treat. Don't regret the purchase.

How I wished that the source material was film instead of S-VHS masters by SWV though it was this or nothing at all.
Strange atmosphere, sleaze, gruesomeness,. . . a film that seems like Psycho yet was made in the '50s, a no-budget haunted house yarn that at times is truly creepy,. . . there is something for everyone with these 4 exploitation goodies.
A commentary and some trailers are the sole extras. There's a card inside with an interview.

What I enjoy most about this release (and similar themed releases) is the drive-in mode format to play thru as one long extended feature.

Another great compilation from AGFA that feels like a late-night trip through an old drive-in theater's trashiest reels. It's a fun, fast-paced mix of trailers, shorts, and oddities that keeps you hooked from start to finish.
