"Movies: Things to Come: I watched both the cut and uncut versions. There are a couple of funny jokes in the uncut version, but mostly what it adds is unsexy and boring. The underlying movie, however, is actually decently fun and entertaining. The sci-fi elements look charming and it's an interesting enough premise (which probably felt a lot more novel in the '70s). Don't tune out after the heroine leaves the drive-in, the ending is pretty satisfying. I watched both the cut and uncut versions. Again the censored version ends up being more fun, in this case b/c the hardcore scenes are mostly non-consensual. They also don't add much artistically, or even pruriently (assuming you're fine dissociating from the non-con). The underlying movie itself is an okay crime thriller about a heist gone wrong. There are a couple of genuinely great verbal comebacks which made me literally LOL on the first watch, and which I won't spoil here. Extras: Just the commentary, which I generally skip. I already watched both movies twice (cut/uncut). Packaging: Gets the job done 👍"
