"This movie makes me feel like i have alzheimers, I love it. I've really enjoyed all VinSyn's/partner labels Eastern European releases. I hope more are coming. I had only every been able to find a really scrappy YouTube version of this before getting the bluray. Looks fantastic."

Aaron A. (5/5)

One of the most trippy films I've seen

"Took a gamble on this and Has' Saragossa Manuscript and happy I did so. This is an absolute joy for anyone who adores the truly strange as this has just about everything genre wise. A man visits his father in a Sanatorium and begins a journey through his mind as he searches for his father while battling his memories, dreams and nightmares. It's almost like a twisted version of Monty Python in it's structure but with zero comedy and a ton of desperation for a majority of the sequences. The ending wraps things up in a fairly solid way considering the sheer scope this film attempts to fit in two hours. A thoroughly great but of European cinema that is well worth a try at watching. It's not for everyone but if you like something out of the box, then this and Manuscript are for you."
