Reviews
Potentially better than the first
"Hilarious and fun follow-up to the superb Heavy Trip. It was a delight to return to these characters and the bigger budget really allowed for more opportunities. It’s bigger and heavier than the first and more than that film’s equal. Essential release for fans of metal or the Spinal Tap style."
— RICHARD L. (5/5)
If you are false do not entry
"Very fun film for any fan of extreme metal. Although not as good as the first film this one picks right up where the last one left off. Tons of hijinks ensue as the band tries to make it to their first big performance at Wacken. Laugh out loud at some points with recurring jokes featuring Baby Metal - fans of metal check this one out. Posers need not apply."
— Stephen H. (4/5)

Heavier Trip
"A Finnish comedy that affectionately satirizes small‑town metalheads chasing improbable dreams of stardom."

Heavier Trip
"Not as good as the first one, but still fun. I tend to avoid 'metal-themed' movies as I'm sort of an old metalhead, and they always miss the mark (like those computer hacking movies made by computer illiterate individuals) - but I do like the Heavy Trip movies. Impaled Rektum is a great name for a band :)"
— Steven A. (4/5)
Heavy metal funny.
"First one was great and so is the sequel. Great stuff."
— Chris S. (5/5)
Heavier Trip
"Another great hangout movie. I dig these characters and their adventures. Good times, bad times, lessons are learned and then they shred. Eagerly await a 3rd installment in the saga of Impaled Rektum, and more cool slips."
— Barb M. (3/5)
Great sequel
"Great sequel. The artwork is great and I love the slipcover."
