"What a crazy movie. I didn't realize how long it was, but a good watch."
"Had to get it as it´s by Radu Jude. A film in a category of itself. IIf you find anything abusive or not to your liking don´t blame the director as he used AI to help him out. History repeats itself. It´s highly political and funny at the same time. Highly recommended"
"I purchased this on a whim, the resulting impression is one of bewilderment, it was shot on iPhones and quality wise looks very impressive, at 170minutes it’s long but I found it strangely satisfying. Weird it definitely is and I myself found it more Frankenstein than Dracula and I will give it another viewing."
"This film might not appeal to everyone, but I'm certain it will find its audience over time. It raises several very interesting questions, particularly about artificial intelligence, which it uses a lot, for better or for worse. To truly appreciate it, you have to look beyond what's presented and read between the lines. It's the kind of film that only makes sense when viewed with a sense of irony. There are several incredibly insightful dialogues that provoke thought, alongside moments of utter absurdity. It's a film that is both highly erudite and completely ridiculous at the same time. Literary and philosophical references are interspersed with completely outrageous sex scenes, slapstick humor, and scenes where blood spurts gratuitously. It's certainly a unique experience unlike anything you've ever seen before."
"This was one I never heard of but glad to have really enjoyed."
"La pochette et magnifique et le transfert est bien."
"Fun release overall! Pacing is a bit everywhere and it’s a little long but it’s an interesting ride. Slipcover could have been more creative but at least the encode was solid."
"This one is a ride! Radu Jude is great"
"This film can be summed into what the hell did I just watch. A crazy comedy that is completely off-the-rails with nonsense. I really enjoyed it and it was a hell of a ride from start to finish. Highly recommended! Packaging and presentation are excellent!"
"Insanely long and really odd, this is not for everybody. The longest story, other than the one they keep cutting back to, features a vampire as a guy in a mask that looks like a cross between Gonzo and Animal. It's bizarre from start to finish. I've seen a few of this director's films and this is certainly not my favorite. In nearly all of them, I feel I'm missing some important cultural references to really make the film work like it should. I'm a massive Dracula fan and pretty much a completist to Dracula adjacent films. If you're not, I can't say I'd recommend it. Some cool location work, but at nearly three hours, it's a bit much."
