"Very entertaining Dutch folk horror similar to the wicker man and midsommar. The cinematography, picture looks great and a fun mostly electronic score. Very likeable lead. Came with a couple behind the scenes FX extras on the disc. Nifty packaging art."
"I’m not going to lie, the artwork sold me on this release. The trailer then helped finalize that decision and I’m glad I did. Although I tend to gravitate towards the older titles, every once in a while a modern titles stands out, and this is one of those. I won’t spoilt too much, but a very unique film involving witches. Extras are not overly robust but there are few worth checking out."

"Bleak, eerie Dutch folk horror with a great sense of place. The peat bog setting gives the whole thing a damp, ancient dread, and I liked how the mystery slowly leans into something older and stranger. Nice Shudder pickup, and the Blu-ray extras are a welcome bonus."
