The VS Logo meets the A-D Strip vinegar syndrome test. All motion picture film that gets archived here at Vinegar Syndrome goes through this testing process to assess the level of acetate deterioration, AKA vinegar syndrome. Film with high levels of vinegar syndrome is stored separately from the pristine stuff, as vinegar syndrome spreads like a creeping death, from one reel to another. And yes, when the deterioration is advanced, it actually smells like vinegar. Boatloads of vinegar. You don't want to go in the vinegar vault. Just ask Oscar.

Designed by Chris Garofalo and screen printed in-house here at VS Press on premium quality vintage black 100% airlume combed and ring-spun cotton tees. We printed with discharge ink on this tee, making for a super soft and breathable print that is comfortable to wear. Discharge ink strips the dye from the fabric, returning it to its natural cotton color. Pigment can be added to discharge ink as we've done here.

Available in sizes XS - 5XL

*Size 5XL are plain black tees (slightly darker than vintage black).

THESE TEES ARE WASHED & DRIED - EXPECT THEM TO ALREADY HAVE TYPICAL MINIMAL FIRST WASH SHRINKAGE

We are going the extra mile and washing and drying all VS Press tees printed with discharge ink before they get folded, bagged, and shipped your way. Why? Because we care about you, our awesome customers. No really, we do. Discharge printing makes for the most comfortable screen printed tees you're going to find anywhere, as it changes the color of the actual fabric, without leaving an uncomfortable deposit of ink on top, aka the dreaded sweat patch. As with anything that magically changes the color of fabric and alters the fabric of time, washing before wearing is recommended. So we're taking care of that step for you. High five, friends.
