"I don't know what I was expecting, but it's hard for me to buy into the need for more edgelord art projects past the year 2000 or so. There's really not much in the way of sexual references or metaphors one can pull out anymore to be shocking, and honestly, I spent most of this wondering how can someone still be shouting out the same rhetoric after three or four decades of it without much variance. Shouldn't someone grow to some degree in that time?"

She is a musician and a poet. These films are uniquely different and interesting to watch and listen to. The image quality on The Gun is Loaded is good. The disc comes with some poetry readings, commentaries, and documentaries. The slipcover is of great quality. These are unique and not for everyone, but if you enjoy Lydia Lunch, this is a must buy."
