"One of the best places to sample what’s happening in low-budget cinema worldwide." -The New York Times.

When Jim (Colin Burgess) and Dave (Anthony Oberbeck) meet at a cabin upstate in an attempt to bond with their 13-year-old son, Branson (Brian Fiddyment), tensions mount as differing parenting techniques come to the fore, along with trivial disagreements about everything from air mattresses, to cigars, to grilling hotdogs.

Amusing

"Surprisingly touching at points for a no budget comedy. Enjoyable film shot in a weekend."

What Would Dad Do

"It's fun, it's random, it's relatable, and wholesome. It's a comedy that thrives on personality and improv making for a film that's full of dialogue that'll keep you laughing, wondering what will happen next."

Joe F. (5/5)

FARTS

"Such a weird and fun movie, i honeslty think this would make for a great double showing of this and friendship, also the fart commnetary is lengendary."

Brock S. (5/5)

Really fun release! defiantly for

"Really fun release! defiantly for fans of awkward humor like Nathan Fielder or The Office. Although just know that this one has a different pace compared to those examples. I wouldn't expect a high joke per minute ratio, but it is still a fun movie regardless. Will defiantly be rewatching this one!"

Charles S. (5/5)

Incredible

"The film actually works. The idea of it sounded awful then I watched the trailer. Then I watched the movie. Wow it's weird and funny but not stupid, it's actually really great. A fun and ultimately moving film. You have to see it to believe it. a gem that feels authentic in its emotions. Strange in all the right ways. What and original gem. Enjoy the extras. you won't forget the film. Thanksfor championing this ."

Wish They Were My Dads

"That kind of awkward funny that tickles my brain just right. I'm a sucker for grown adults poorly playing children"

Dakota D. (5/5)

Dads

"'Dad & Step-Dad' surprised me with its quirky humor and sharp wit. The dynamic between the two leads felt refreshingly authentic, and the film’s low-key, improvisational style made it feel like a real, relatable family situation. It’s a light, fun watch that doesn’t take itself too seriously, but still manages to deliver some surprisingly heartfelt moments."

Shawn M. (4/5)

Dads and Son

"Before purchasing, I previewed the short film online to see if the feature version’s humor was for me—it absolutely was. An absolutely hilarious film that revels in the awkward contentiousness that can crop up in human interaction, especially when family is involved. Incredible comedic delivery from all involved and so many memorable lines. Loved it so much."
