The American Genre Film Archive (AGFA) represents the world's largest theatrical catalog of exploitation cinema. Their home video line presents a diverse selection of movies, ranging from new preservations of classics from the vast library of Something Weird to the wildest in shot-on-video (SOV) titles. Vinegar Syndrome’s sister company, OCN Distribution, is thrilled to be representing this diverse and unique home video line!
Beneath the dumpsters of America, a netherworld of “adults only” genre movies lurks in the gutters. But what if these movies were less about the smut and more about everything else? “Smut Without Smut” is X-rated genre movies with the X-rated bits removed. In other words, your perception of reality will never be the same again.

"I absolutely love this collection. Full of great material and amazing characters. You get the non-smart version and some of the smart version. I just love Vinegar Syndrome and I love something weird this is a great collaboration. Keep up the good work. !"
"In uncut versions, sex scene really long."
"Weird collection not for everybody"
"Weird and funny! A must for underground cinema fans!"
"Smut Without Smut: Satanic Horror Nite is a fascinating series entry that perfectly captures Vinegar Syndrome’s love for the strange corners of genre cinema. It feels curated rather than random, presenting its selections with a sense of purpose and context that makes the experience feel like a themed event instead of a grab bag. The weirdness is the main attraction. From unsettling imagery to off-kilter tone shifts, this release leans fully into the bizarre, offering material that’s equal parts hypnotic and head-scratching. It’s the kind of oddball programming that rewards adventurous viewers who enjoy discovering things they didn’t even know to look for. The material itself is treated with care. The presentation is solid, the transfers are watchable and respectful of the source, and the overall assembly shows attention to preservation rather than novelty. It feels like archival weird cinema being rescued and shared, not mocked. Overall, this is a great pick for collectors who appreciate curated strangeness and deep-cut genre history."
"You know what you’re getting: bad acting, lousy sets - and it’s GLORIOUS. This is an absolute hoot for campy horror fans. And if you like the hard stuff, all three uncensored films are here too."
"Another weird compilation from AGFA. If you are into that stuff, this is gonna be right up your alley. The picture quality isn't always the best but I honestly don't think it needs to be. Also. . in hindsight. . . I kinda wished they left the smut in."
"What you’d expect in an AGFA oddity (low budget smut) but I found it just didn’t grab me like some of the other AGFA comps mostly due to the pacing of the mix and films themselves."
"AGFA does it again with another wild release. A wacky Satanic collection filled with diverse material."
