This listing is for the standard edition Blu-ray/DVD combo. The limited edition lenticular slipcover was limited to 3,000 units and is sold out. The two versions are identical, aside from the slipcover.

On his way to be executed, the vehicle containing notorious serial killer Jack Frost collides with a hazardous chemical truck, turning Jack into a snow covered mutant and unleashing him on the unsuspecting town of Snomonton, "The Snowman Capitol of the Midwest". Jack immediately takes advantage of his newfound freedom and blizzardy abilities to seek revenge on the bungling Sheriff, played by Christopher Allport (TO LIVE AND DIE IN L.A.), that accidentally ended his cross-country killing spree. On his way to the Sheriff, Jack terrorizes the snow-man themed town and murders its residents in a variety of winterized ways. Can the residents of Snomonton fight back against the psychopath snowman from Hell or will they all end up in a snow-covered grave?

Co-starring the beautiful Shannon Elizabeth (AMERICAN PIE) in one of her most infamous and revealing roles, and featuring colorful cinematography by Dean Lent (BORDER RADIO), director Michael Cooney's staple of video stores and late night TV, is a gleefully gory horror comedy and is coming to Blu-ray for the first time, fully restored in 2k from Vinegar Syndrome.

Holiday hilarity

"Synopsis: If you've ever wondered what happens when a homicidal serial killer, while en route to his execution, crashes into a truck full of some sort of experimental genetic government goo, wonder no more. He becomes a mutant killer snow man. This snow man swore revenge against the small town sheriff that put him away. Once he gets these powers he tracks him down and kills anyone who gets in his way and also just some random old people and families. Review: Jack Frost is fun and never takes itself seriously making it a horror Christmas classic. Some of it borders on silly but everything is pretty well executed and something that could have easily been a terrible and cheesy ride is instead a delightful and cheesy ride. All of the acting is good, which helps, even with some pretty hammy performances by the titular character and Agent Manners. Christopher Allport does a great job of playing the straight man and the movie benefits from someone keeping it grounded. All of the deaths are well crafted and interesting adding to the movies credibility. Carnage Count 3/5 Sleaze Score 2/5"

tNot the scariest JACK FROST, but the funniest

"JACK FROST is one of my favorite campy horror films of the 90s and I have such fond memories of seeing it as a kid/early teen. It gets even better with age. Discussing it on VISCERAL REACTIONS, a horror podcast from a few years back, was such a blast."

Matthew G. (4/5)

Cheesy snowman horror!

"It's goofy but it's a lot of fun. Great re-watch on days when you are snowed in. It has a lot of extras, plus it stars a young Shannon Elizabeth."

Kevin K. (5/5)

One of my favorites!

"One of my all time favorite holiday horrors! Just overall a fun movie. Highly recommended!"

Derick M. (5/5)

Trashy fun

"Christmas came early. A fun Christmas horror film with ridiculous wine-liners and a small town Twin Peaks vibe. Falls under the “so bad it’s good” category. Was happy to pick this up during the RAD sale."

Brent B. (3/5)

Classic Snowman Slasher

"It's Jack Frost. It's a snowman that kills people. What else could you possibly ask for?"

Dillon G. (5/5)

So good

"This movie is a must buy before the christmas season. Awesome film packed with some great blood and laughs. The artwork on the slip is amazing and the presentation has high teir quality from the audio to video."

Ewan G. (5/5)

"I love Christmas horror and I love good bad movies, but this was tough. The effects were nice but you’ll be either bored or annoyed."
