"Nothing Underneath is the best film here. You have twins with a psychic link and a killer on the loose. Sure, it has big plot holes, but it's fun. Donald Pleasance shows up as a detective as well. Too Beautiful To Die is nothing more than a music video arranged around some deaths. It is very light on plot. I would call it all style and no substance."

"Personally, I enjoyed Too Beautiful To Die much more than Nothing Underneath. Even Donald Pleasance couldn't sway me. You get Frankie Goes to Hollywood on the soundtrack for TBTD, and it just felt more stylish. I thought the audio was poor on Nothing Underneath with dialogue particularly jarring to the ears. Nice double feature though."

I wouldn't say they're the best of either subgenre, but they're great scans of two fun films that would satisfy a true fan of either. Gruesome kills, a cool blade, some fun bonus materials.
