A mysterious and invisible alien presence has landed in rural Texas and has started turning the nearby townspeople into white-faced, bloodthirsty killers. As the local authorities begin to investigate the strange and violent goings on, a photographer and his girlfriend find themselves trapped in the midst of an unexpected rural bloodbath, which seeks to turn them into another pair of bloodsuckers from outer space...

Who doesn't love a good theme song?

"Synopsis: An energy field enters the earths atmosphere and has some bizarre effects on the locals. Mainly it drains them of most of their blood before turning them into BLOODSUCKERS FROM OUTERSPACE. Jeff was having some family drama when this all began and crosses paths with babe Julia who drives him around when his car breaks down. Scientists and military types try to figure out what is going on and how to stop the invasion while Jeff and Julia are going up against the murderous beings. Review: I love the Bloodsuckers from Outerspace theme song and this has a playful Attack/Return of the Killer Tomatoes feel to it except it's R-rated, for good reason, so we get to see all the good stuff. The acting isn't the best but everyone seems like they are having fun. Carnage Count 3/5 Sleaze Score 2/5"

Fun low budget horror

"A very fun micro budget release. Some very decent effects and the script has some memorable lines. Overall entertaining. Came with a handful of extras features and I got mine without the slipcover but the reversible sleeve is cool."
