"The Sadist is the highlight here although all theee movies were pretty good, although I don’t know if I needed yet another copy of Zodiac Killer even if it is a black and white version. That might had made sense to go on the original disc and given us another third film here, but for the price I’m not going to complain too much. Artwork is cool and I love the backs on these releases that feels like a page out of an old magazine or paper."
"The Sadist is one of the great American drive-in shockers of the 60's. Featuring a snarling Arch Hall Jr. performance, brutal-violence and a single location, it also - arguably - influenced many other low-budget thrillers that came after. This AGFA release finally gives the film the edition it deserves. The content here is generous, with commentaries, appreciation, and two full supporting features, making for a comprehensive, fun edition. Highly recommended!"
"The Sadist is an excellent film, and it's generously represented here with three different versions. One can only hope that a print featuring the original The Sadist title card will eventually surface. The other two features feel like little more than filler, however. The Zodiac Killer Noir, in particular, adds little of value to the set and comes across as an unnecessary inclusion especially because I already own the original color version BD."

"The Sadist is the main film here and a hidden gem, surprisingly effective and featuring exceptional B&W photography. The 2 other films are fun too, though I had wished that for the 3rd one they didn't regurgitate something they had already released years before. In terms of presentation and slipcover, AgFa scores again, making this a nice one for the collection."

"As others have said, I really bought this mainly for The Sadist. Thus presentation definitely did not disappoint as this is the best looking transfer l have ever seen. Great drama and suspense for a low budget movie. The other two, Zodiac Killer and the Bonnie and Clyde movie are pretty good and are a nice addition to thus set. My only complaint would be that the addition of a booklet with some essays in it would have been nice to have."

"The Sadist is a must own for cinemaphiles! One of the first for its raw style and portrayal of a madman. I own the Code Red release as well and its all been ported over to this release from AGFA. This release also includes a 35mm print and the VHS version with early Something Weird promo videos before amd after. As well as an extra charming short film not listed called Last Date. The Other Side of Bonnie & Clyde was worth a watch too. More of a Documentary on the story and history with real grusome photos and film footage containing the brutal ending of the duo. I just recently watched the original release of The Zodiac Killer so I didnt watch the B&W version. Just skimmed through it. I understand why they tried this out, but at times the contrast looks a bit over powering in the night-time scenes."
