"This is a must for fans of 80s indie comics and the "black and white boom. " A griity snapshot of a darker, more dangerous NYC."
"I have been collecting comics for decades and am thoroughly invigorated whenever I find one that I have never seen before or just haven't heard about being talked about before. This is why when I saw the preview purchasing The New York City Outlaws was a given. It, like Johnny Ryan's books of which I also purchased, subvert the art form of the graphic novel to the point that it is hard to think of another comic that is like it (unless it was created by the same artist, etc. but you get the point). I am definitely going to be re-reading this and furthermore getting inspired by the art that lies within to create my own in my own way. Highly recommend."
"Vinegar Syndrome not only sels good movies but also great readinds!"
