Reviews

Entertaining war themed drama

"Entertaining war themed film that crosses time across three wars from the American civil war to Iraq in the early 2000s. A bit heavy on the dialogue but the cat pull it off. Looks and sounds great which the filmmakers partially credit to post production in some of the multitude of extra features included"

Interesting War stories

"Yellow Veil has released an interesting take on war with three different war's intermingled with Foxhole. This film by director Jack Fessenden, showcases the brutality and futility of war through the actions of the main actors. Stellar release and worth picking up."

Tarek E. (3/5)

3 wars for the price of 1!

"While I don't think FOXHOLE is a mindblower, it's very impressive for both Fessenden's youth & the scope he achieves with very little. Fans of movies that feel like plays might get into this triptych meditation on that old chestnut: war is hell! I appreciate the lack of unnecessary explainers as to the officers' duties or the shifting of the scenes. Cool flick."
