Walking in a winter weirdoland! SANTA CLAUS CONQUERS THE MARTIANS & OTHER HOLIDAY HALLUCINATIONS is a blizzard of mid-century kitsch that will make your holiday dreams come true—especially if you're a Martian. Preserved from Something Weird's colorful 16mm print and presented in a brand new "roadshow" edition with ads and trailers, SANTA CLAUS CONQUERS THE MARTIANS (1964) is the infamous, ultra-cheap mindmelter starring young Pia Zadora (HAIRSPRAY) that follows the kidnapping of Santa and two Earth children by Martians. From there, our visit to the North Pole continues with SANTA CLAUS CONQUERS THE DRIVE-IN (60 minutes of snipes and trailers) and over two hours of delirious shorts.

Reviews

Ho ho ho

"Packed with lots of Christmas fun, this will get pulled out every year and already have a few favorites that I want to revisit on December. Nice artwork, the selection is spot on and the restorations looks good!"

Ben C. (5/5)

Classic Christmas Craziness

"This is an excellent collection of holiday wackiness. Too bad the slip sold out so quickly. If only the Rene Cardona "Santa Claus" (1959) could get an amazing VS release at this point."

Jason F. (4/5)

Great!

"This will be watched every Christmas. A must own!"

Alan C. (5/5)

Pia at Christmas

"Camp fun with a young Pia Zadora. Perfect for the holidays. Great service from VS"

Christmas on Acid

"Yeah, pretty horrible movie, but I loved all the weird Christmas clips and short films it comes with!"

Matthew A. (4/5)

Santa Kicks Ass

"The usual AFGA weirdness and stank we all love."

MST3K made it a Christmas

"MST3K made it a Christmas Classic. . . AGFA have preserved it for future Generations. A Wonderful, Festive Collection perfect for that special time of the year."

Kirk W. (5/5)

Damn those pesky martians.

"At last, there is a way packed fun times bonanza program to keep your mind off all the stress that the festive season loads you down with… and remember kids, there may not be a Santa, but preservation goes a long way to keeping this stuff around."

Jason M. (3/5)

Would not play on my

"Would not play on my Panasonic 4k player. Was able to get it to play on an Xbox Series X."

Franklin R. (3/5)

Nice upgrade

"This looks great and happy to replace my old crappy looking public domain version. The shorts are a mixed bag but having said that you know I will be watching them every xmas."
