Ray and Bob Perkins are brothers whose grisly killing spree has landed them on death row. Plotting a daring escape, they break free from prison with vengeance in mind, setting targets in the form of the key witnesses against them, but particularly the judge in their trial and the prosecuting attorney. Leaving a trail of maimed corpses as they enact their revenge, the brothers finally arrive at their prime target: the home of district attorney Walter Davenport and his wife. What they don’t expect, however, is the late return home of the Davenport’s teenage daughter, Stephanie…

"Enjoyably strange mix of genres!"
"A tense and atmospheric thriller that captures the raw edge of early ’80s genre filmmaking. The presentation looks excellent, with strong detail and natural grain that preserve the film’s moody nighttime visuals. Audio is clear and well-balanced, and the packaging is striking and collector-friendly. A strong release that gives this cult favorite the attention it deserves."
"Interesting"
"Synopsis: Ray Don and Bobby Joe Perkins escape death row with a chip on their shoulder. They decide they are going to torture and murder those whom they feel are responsible for their incarceration. Unfortunately for new babe in town Stephanie Davenport, her father was the District Attorney that put them away. Stephanie goes out on a date with the horny town heartthrob but has to make a quick dash home so she doesn't miss her CURFEW. When she gets to the family abode she wishes she stayed with the handsy football star because Ray and Bob are there with some cruel intentions. Review: Pretty savage with Wendell Wellman excelling as the deranged Ray Perkins. Curfew plays very little into the outcome of the movie but it is a pretty decent title, even if it should be less for a thriller and more for a teen comedy. The teenage drama played out a lot darker than I thought it was going to and that actually added another layer to the film. Carnage Count 2/5 Sleaze Score 2/5"
"tense, late-80s home invasion with some nutty, mean villian performances. Has a real housewife in it. Haha"
"Picked up for a bargain price during subscriber week. Not the best acted film you will see but its a pretty entertaining home invasion movie. Looks good for its obvious low budget. Worth checking out"
"I picked this up based on a few very positive reviews, but it never worked for me. Despite a strong visual presentation, the film itself felt dull, loosely structured, and difficult to stay engaged with. With minimal supplemental features, there wasn’t enough here to justify a recommendation."
"Nobody does cult horror better than Vinegar Syndrome. Every release feels like a collector's dream. Can't stop buying! This is a fun movie"
"Not a bad film. Was easy for them to escape from death row, however. Great slipcover and art as always. Can never say no to a slasher"
"Late 80s slasher by charlottes web director."
