Noelle and Addie have just moved into a beautiful, though impossibly cheap, apartment on Manhattan’s prestigious Upper East Side. "At this point in time, I'm glad a title like this gets a physical release. I hope more of the Vack/Brown/Dimes Square works also get physical. I like this one. The challenge is to read that you're watching a Jeffrey Epstein movie & realize that's not true & true. The experience of obsession, realization, self-delusion & meltdown are the true plot points, as opposed to a true-crime approach to the Epstein world. I'd love to see Dasha direct more. I was unfamiliar with Betsey Brown (& most of their cohort) until this film & she knocked my socks off. Great packaging & a good-looking presentation for a film I'm happy to have on my shelf."

A new monster
"The premise of this movies was, at first, interesting enough for me to buy a copy and, after I received my copy, off putting enough to postpone watching it for a few weeks. The problem was Jeffrey Epstein. With the option to watch the movie, I suddenly felt I didn't want to engage with a story built around him. Eventually I came around to it, I am disciplined with these things, and I watched the movie. I did not regret it. There is a very interesting subplot led by director Nekrasova, also acting in her own movie as an unnamed character, good shots of the city, and at the bottom of it all, an intriguing suggestion: that Jeffrey Epstein is one of the modern monsters that could proudly take a place among the likes of the Bloody Countess. Or so the movie suggested to me. It is also a challenging movie to watch because it is a sexy movie at times in a rather sweet, tender, and mellow way. It was challenging to negotiate that as a viewer because how could I let go and enjoy the sexy shots while at the same time Jeffrey Epstein is there, in the background, to remind us the terrible ways sex can be used to destroy human beings? In short, an interesting movie. I recommend it for a watch and I look forward to more movies by Nekrasova."

This Doesn't Need To Exist
"I liked the look of the film. It uses a real person (I will not mention) to frame a horror story with some commentary. The picture feels dirty just like the person who hangs over this film. It uses his story and tells a movie about rabbit hole conspiracies and trauma. Probably a one time watch."
