This special limited edition spot gloss slipcover (designed by Wes Benscoter) is limited to 5,000 units and is only available on our website and at select indie retailers. Absolutely no major retailers will be stocking them.

Julie, her boyfriend Rick and a number of other guests have assembled at the chalet of her wealthy father, nestled deep in the snowy surroundings of Lake Arrowhead. Their laid-back boozing and petty arguments are upended by the unexpected arrival of a group of five mysterious children who claim to have become stranded after their bus broke down. Taking pity on the youngsters, the group offers to let them stay at the house until help arrives. Unbeknownst to the adults, these tots are in fact on the run from an asylum, and they waste no time in getting down to manipulating and then viciously killing their unsuspecting hosts.

A classic of drive-in horror, notorious not only for its savage violence and mean-spirited sense of humor, but as one of the greatest killer-kids films ever produced, director Sean MacGregor’s DEVIL TIMES FIVE (aka THE HORRIBLE HOUSE ON THE HILL and PEOPLETOYS) was a producing project of attorney-to-the-stars Jordan M. Wank and features an early performance from future teen idol Leif Garrett (The Outsiders) along with character actor Sorrell Booke (TV’s The Dukes of Hazzard). Newly restored in 4K from its 35mm original negative and boasting a whole host of new and archival extras, Vinegar Syndrome gives the royal treatment to this consummate cult classic with its 4K UHD debut!

Underrated Evil Kids

"Very fun killer kids movie that does something interesting with the characters. I can see this getting a great remake."

Kids are pure chaos

"Reason #1 why I don’t have kids - they like to ruin everyone’s weekend getaway by playing a little hide and go murder. Picked this up when I heard it was one of Quentin Tarantino’s favorites and it did not disappoint."

Paul C. (5/5)

Those damn kids

"“Devil Time Five” is one of those slasher films, just like “Bloody Birthday”, that fall into the sub-genre known as “Shitty Kids”. It tells the story of a bunch of sociopathic kids who terrorize and kill and group of adults in a cabin in the middle of nowhere. This movie is super fun and has a very strong 70s vibe. The picture looks and sounds terrific, light years ahead of any previous releases and love the cover art"
