Nubile orphan Liam Woodlan and his lover-cum-partner-in-crime Thea Williams lead a carefree, renegade existence as Chicago “food delivery” bicyclists whose special services include providing erotic fulfillment to their charming and oddball customers. However, when a bloodthirsty serial killer begins targeting their lusty clientele, Liam and Thea find themselves at the center of the psychopath’s deranged plan. Even worse, all of the clues seem to point towards Liam himself being the culprit. With a duo of strange detectives hot on his tail, looking for any and every excuse to nail him, Liam’s perfect world starts to crumble as the killer draws him ever closer to the shocking truth.
The second feature film from acclaimed writer/director and underground filmmaking sensation Alex Phillips (All Jacked Up and Full of Worms), ANYTHING THAT MOVES is a lusty, bloody, and dreamy modern-day fusion of erotic thriller and murder mystery, all sensually photographed on Super 16mm film by Hunter Zimny (Funny Pages, The Scary of Sixty-First). Featuring arresting debut performances from Hal Baum and Jiana Nicole along with guest appearances from erotic film legends Ginger Lynn Allen (Too Naughty to Say No, The Devil’s Rejects) and Nina Hartley (Boogie Nights), Vinegar Syndrome Pictures is immensely proud to present this soon-to-be cult film sensation on Blu-ray, jam-packed with comprehensive interviews with cast and crew, behind-the-scenes & making-of footage, and much more.

Reviews
Great Artwork
"I think there are people who will likw this ans I have no problem with sex positivity but this seems to be random scenarios with a mystery thrown in ans I barely remember the culprit. this isn’t for me but not because it was Exploitative but that I just didn’t care. Great artwork"

Amber Lynn ❤️
"Not my favorite VSP but still a very interesting movie some gore, fun and nudity. The scene with Amber Lynn has warmed my heart. The cover art is jaw dropping good."

Anything That Moves
"I’ve heard nothing but great things about this movie. The release here is great with a hard slipcase. Also included an essay booklet. Happy to have this in my collection."

Decent indie sexploitation film.
"If this is only Alex Phillips second feature, I'm curious to see what else he can bring to the table. Anything But Moves is a little all over the place in style but the devil is in the details with it."

Different Enough to be Worth Collecting
"Terrific design and packaging, and the film is sufficiently creative and original for this Vinegar Syndrome box to be a true collector's item that I'm happy to own. The film itself is not funny enough to be a comedy, not sexy enough to be erotic, and not scary enough to be horror, so what is it except a mostly fun adventure built on the literal visualization of a popular saying."

Not my favorite VSP, but a weird little oddity
"A weird vision of sex work and family that is unlike anything you’ve seen. Looks and sounds marvelous!"
— joel j. (4/5)
A great blind buy
"Baum is magnetic in the lead role and I’m extremely happy with this blind buy. I’m looking forward to revisiting the film. The Special Features are great with most of the main cast prominently featured in interviews. A great release for a very fun, cool film."
— Charles C. (4/5)
Interesting, odd mix of genre
"An erotic thriller, giallo, slasher, character drama, love story, sex film, horror, police movie. It's a weird one. A lot of it works, but tonally it's a bit of a hard follow. Too surreal and goofy to take entirely seriously, but enough dark tone and gore that it can't really be laughed at most of the time. But that's as much a benefit as a deficiency. It's truly unique. Some of the actors describe the ending as romantic. Not exactly what I got from it. But any great movie is open to interpretation. They raise questions. The main one that occurred to me while watching this film was should I get a toupee? Pick up a copy and see what you think. I have to say most of the new films VinSyn have been releasing through the VSP line are things that no other company would ever release. Isn't that how it should be?"

Great stuff
"An innocent Chicago food delivery boy, after having sex for money, finds himself involved in a series of murders that can be traced back to someone who was in his bed. Great release."
— Sebastian V. (5/5)
A Sleazy Curiosity Given Unexpected Clarity
"The Blu ray release of Anything That Moves brings a surprisingly polished presentation to a film that thrives on rough edges and chaotic energy. The movie’s effects are minimal and rooted in the era’s low budget exploitation style. You get quick cuts, exaggerated reactions, and a few playful practical gags that lean into the film’s trashy humor rather than any attempt at realism. The Blu ray transfer makes these choices more visible, revealing details in the lighting and makeup that were previously lost in murky older editions. The disc features are modest but effective. The image is noticeably cleaner, with grain that feels natural and not overly processed. Colors come through warmer and more stable, giving the film’s grimy aesthetic a bit more definition without scrubbing away its character. Audio remains simple yet clear, preserving the raw performances and the sparse score without hiss or distortion. Supplements tend to be light, often limited to a trailer or brief notes, but they round out the release enough for collectors who enjoy exploring obscure exploitation titles."
