The American Genre Film Archive (AGFA) represents the world's largest theatrical catalog of exploitation cinema. Their home video line presents a diverse selection of movies, ranging from new preservations of classics from the vast library of Something Weird to the wildest in shot-on-video (SOV) titles. Vinegar Syndrome’s sister company, OCN Distribution, is thrilled to be representing this diverse and unique home video line!

After starring in 100 movies over the past two decades, Tina Krause has established herself as an unstoppable warrior from the DIY fringes. LIMBO is the first -- and to this day, only -- movie written and directed by Krause. And it’s truly invigorating. LIMBO presents three days in the life of a woman named Elizabeth, as she deals with identity issues, sexist mouth-breathers, supernatural manifestations . . . and a possible trip to hell. Combining video collage experiments with dreamy horror mood, this is what might happen if David Lynch and Nine Inch Nails collaborated on a shot-on-video horror movie. Previously only available via VHS, AGFA and Bleeding Skull! are honored to present a brand new transfer of LIMBO from the original S-VHS master tape.

"Total vibe and a gem packed with features including excellent commentary. This is a dreamy arthouse gem vs almost creature feature (but is it)? Wicked vibe."

Tina Krause <3

"The film is obviously flawed, and I for one found it difficult to fully appreciate going in blind on the first viewing, but the context provided by the bonus features make this an excellent release. Tina Krause is so charismatic, charming, and cool and it's a shame she didn't direct more movies or act in more films that she didn't have to greatly elevate with her presence, but there's still time - we need more films by tough NJ women who live on the fringes of society in abandoned warehouses for a decade inspired by an accidental 3 day trip and fueled by the desire to break free of the world of unambitious fetish films"

"I'm not sure what I

""I'm not sure what I expected, but it definitely wasn't this. Peak SOV"

Manuel S. (3/5)

An hour of mind bending psycho madness

"A completely solid piece of avant garde psychological horror filtered through a grimy late 90s SOV lenses."

William H. (5/5)

Krause Magic

"FFO all things Tina Krause! Her directorial debut and a superb one at that."

Valentine S. (5/5)

Cool sov nightmare

"Really cool and dark little art film, i'm glad these releases get more eyes on stuff like this."

Teun H. (5/5)

strong SOV vision

"There is some really spectacular image-making going on in this zero dollar budget SOV. I really wish Tina Krause would have been able to direct more movies, as this is quite interesting. I watched it right away and then after I finished it I immediately played it again with the commentary. Insightful and crazy stuff. Bleeding Skull team for the win yet again."

Jon R. (5/5)

What do you want?

"Decided to grab on sale because I loved what I learned from Lisa and Annie after a Fantastic Fest screening. This is less an enjoyable movie to throw on and more of a fascinating look at indie filmmaking at the time: Movie is 2. 5 for me but the extras are 5/5, watch them!!"

Stephanie C. (3/5)

Looks great

"The quality of this release is amazing given the source materials. This looks better than it ever has before. AGFA again knocks it out of the park with its preservation of weird cinema history. Recommend,"

Brent B. (4/5)

To be honest

"I haven’t watched this yet. But the combination of AGFA and Bleeding Skull surely means it is something extraordinary."
