Shipping Policies

Most orders are shipped within 1 business day, unless otherwise noted. Please allow extra processing time for orders placed during holidays and special sales events.

Domestic US orders over $50 qualify for free Economy shipping via USPS First Class or USPS Media Mail depending on your location (offer not valid during special sales events). Domestic US orders under $50 will be charged $3 for Economy shipping or $6 for USPS Priority shipping.

Canadian orders over $100 qualify for free shipping (offer not valid during special sales events). Canadian orders under $100 will be charged a flat $10 for shipping.

International orders over $150 qualify for free shipping (offer not valid during special sales events). International orders under $150 will be charged a flat $15 for shipping.

You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your shipping label has been created. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking data to appear in USPS’s website. You can also track orders in your My Account section or by using our Order Tracking system.

Order Cancellation

If your order has yet to be shipped, it may be cancelled by contacting us or through the ‘Orders‘ section in your ‘My Account‘ dashboard.

If your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and we do not accept returns.

If your order arrives damaged, it can be exchanged or replaced (please see below).

Exchanges and Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, we only accept exchanges for goods that arrived defective and/or damaged. This exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must have arrived defective and/or damaged. The defective and/or damaged product may only only be exchanged for the same product.

Please email us from the email address associated with your account and include your order number and product IDs of damaged goods. Send email to: orders@vinsyn.com. We may ask you to dispose or destroy the defective goods. We may also ask you to return the product to our facility (we will cover return shipping charges).

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
Gift cards
Digital downloads of films
Clothing

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
