Halfway to Black Friday 2019 FAQ
Here are some frequently asked questions regarding our Halfway to Black Friday sale:
#1. I have a question about the sale or an order.
Please read this FAQ carefully. If your question isn't answered here, send us an email and we'll respond asap (firstname.lastname@example.org). Customer service by email will be available pretty much 24/7 once the sale begins. Please do not send messages via Facebook, Twitter or Instagram as we will not be monitoring those as closely during the sale.
#2. I am unable to access my VS account. My login information is not valid.
We launched our new website last month and sent out several activation emails to customers to reset their login credentials. If you find yourself unable to login, please search your email for Account Activation from email@example.com. If that doesn't work, send us an email and we'll help you out. Alternately, you could place the order as a guest.
#3. Do you have free shipping thresholds for Domestic, Canada or International orders during sale?
We always disable these free shipping thresholds before sales (see our main FAQ).
#4. I want to place another order during the sale. Can I combine shipping?
Absolutely! Since you already paid for shipping with your initial order, select the 'Combine with my existing sale order' free shipping method on any additional orders. We will ship everything in one large package.
#5. I have a coupon code, but it doesn't seem to be working...
Don't panic! If your code is not working, place the order without the code and send us a quick email describing the issue. If everything checks out, we will refund the coupon amount once the sale ends.
#6 When will my order(s) ship?
We plan to begin shipping immediately after the sale ends. Due to the high volume of orders, please allow a week or two for shipping.
#7. Do you have quantity limits on Limited Edition releases?
Yes. Limited Edition releases (including slipcovers), are limited to (2) copies per customer. Certain Limited Edition releases will be limited to (1) copy per customer. Please check individual product listings for more info.
#8. What is Priority shipping?
The term 'Priority' refers to the service provided by USPS. It does not mean your package will ship out any sooner from our warehouse.
#9. I have a specific order related question that was not answered here.
